SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
In stock items usually ship within 48hrs after receipt of order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
All unit orders are shipped by UPS Ground only at this time. However, we do not offer to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories.
All wholesale orders are shipped by Air Or Sea, depends on customer's request. However, we do not offer to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Online Unit Orders: All online orders over $150 will include Free UPS Ground Shipping only to the contiguous United States. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and Canada.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If a customer has received an item from CHD Truck, that they wish to send back for a refund they need to contact our customer service department within 10 days from receipt of goods.

Customer Service will issue an RMA # which must be printed on top of the box that is being sent back to Pacific Dualies, Inc. There will be a 15% re-stock fee charged for returned merchandise.
For WHOLESALE orders, please contact us first about any may missed products or damaged products within 3 days after the packages are delivered.
